  • Call is negotiable at Central Michigan sites — $500/day weekday, $1,200/day weekend, $300/hr callback (2-hr guarantee)
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x base rate for hours worked above 40/week
  • 17 ORs plus 5 additional off-site anesthesia locations across the Central Michigan site

Choose the Site That Fits

#1 · Central Michigan

Call negotiable. Requires AHA BLS/ACLS. Cases: endoscopy, general, OB/GYN, ortho, pain management, urology, vascular, healthy peds, thoracic. Blocks preferred, not required.

#2 · Independent CRNA Site, Central MI

Float between 3 sites; call at one site only with a 1-hour response time. M–F, 8-hour shifts (0630–1500). Weeknight call to 11pm, weekend call 7a–11p. Independent model: scopes, laparoscopic abdominal, ophthalmology (cataracts), podiatry, orthopedics, occasional vascular, cardiology (TEEs/cardioversions), general anesthetics, MAC, regional/blocks (optional — will teach), plus ward & ED support. GI cases at one site only. ~80–90% outpatient. 1–2 business days orientation/proctoring.

#3 · Upper Peninsula

M–F (5 8s). Room time 0715, arrival 0630–0645. Works in collaboration with an MD anesthesiologist — looking for a CRNA who can work independently during regular hours and on call. Mostly outpatient surgical/endoscopic, some OB (labor epidurals and C-sections with spinal). Bread-and-butter ortho, endo, general surgery, urology, and ENT. Nerve block experience helpful, not mandatory.
