When our co-founder Kristin went 1099, the recruiting process was a mess — CV ownership games, outdated rates, and recruiters who couldn't answer basic clinical questions. We built AVEA to be the firm we always wished existed: locums-first, clinician-run, and built around what CRNAs actually need.
Locum recruiting is our specialty. We also recruit selectively for permanent placements — but only when the fit is genuinely right for both sides. We're still active clinicians, and that's what keeps us honest. We understand overtime, call, difficult cases, and what it means to walk into an unfamiliar facility cold.
